This past week's Robot Dragon Slayer finds him pinned down and in trouble!

Harry Potter or Lupin and Tonks

Harry Potter and related characters are the property of JK Rowling

Here is a little doodle expanding on the idea that the characters of Remus Lupin and Tonks live on as supernatural hard boiled detectives.  These are working elements and a mock up of a book cover.

These are just some random sketches:

Here are a load of updates:

These are all from the @Sketch_Dailies twitter feed where there is a different character prompt each day.  They have been fun to do when I get a chance because it lets me try my had at a character or technique that I wouldn't normally get a chance to do:

Medusa

Heffalump

Beaker

Tarzan

Still posting the lunch bags still a little behind.

Sara has been chucked off of her horse and tossed into the book return where she falls down to the bottom only to find her Dad hanging out in front of a giant card catalog.

Legends of the Mechanical Knight

Again it seems that I am behind on the posts, I have also been working on an actual name for this story.  It started out as just the "Robot Dragon Slayer" but that seems a bit limited and not much better than "Working Title".  Regardless, we have finally met a dragon and the story continues:

The bottom image is the original drawing done for the card.  It is hand drawn on an 8.5x11 sheet of paper and rendered with Copic Markers.  The drawings are then scanned and composed in Photoshop with the text and printed on card stock small enough to fit into the lunch bag.
